Treatment of Myopia

Nearsightedness may be corrected with glasses, contact lens, or eye surgery. Depending on your vision problem, you may need  to wear glasses or contact lens all the time or only when you need distance vision, like driving, seeing a chalkboard or watching a TV.
If your are near sighted, your prescription is a negative number. The higher the numeral, the stronger your lens will be.
Then, there's orthokeratology, a non- surgical procedure where you wear special contact lens that slowly reshape the cornea over time to correct your myopia. When the lens are removed, the cornea temporarily retain the new shape, so you can see clearly without the lenses.
You wear cornea shaping lens at night, so you have daytime vision without contact or glasses.

Regular eye exercises also reshape your cornea and see vision clearly without contact or glasses.
Your daily exercises may change your vision and life to.
- Watch on the green grasses in the morning after you wake up.(continue 5 minute)
-Then after look all the sides.( left, right, up and down)
-Round your eye with clock and anti clock .
-Then take a pen or pencil with sharp point.
-Watch on the point of pen or pencil with keeping 20cm distance for 3 minute.
-Keep on watching  the pencil by moving near to the eye.
Do this exercises for more than 15 minute twice of day.

why eye glasses actually worsen your vision

While it is true that eyeglasses bring some people improve vision and relief from pain and discomfort, they always do more or less harm, and at there best they never improve your vision to normal.
most people don't realize that there visual are abnormalities are a dynamic process that they vary regularly throughout the day due to the variety of conditions. they simply are not set in stone.
If we take exam then it is sure that more than half of the student or people  have a normal eyes with sight has perfect visions. And we will find better vision of some one else, but it is not for ever and it may damage with our simple mistake and even if we wear glasses it increase our glasses power. Even some people have perfect their sight in the morning and imperfect in the evening.
The degree of imperfect sight varied within wide limits. Its duration was also variable.Under some condition it may continue for only a few minutes or less while under other it might prevent the subject from seeing the blackboard for days, weeks or even longer.
the difficult of keeping glasses clear is one of the discomforts of glasses.. On damp and rainy days the atmosphere cloud them. On hot days the perspiration of your body may have a similar effect.

One of the most foundational flaws with glasses is that they provide unchanging consistent correction for the refractive error in your eye that is constantly changing.
after you begin to wear, in most cases the correction has to be steadily increase in order to maintain the degree of  visual actually secure by the aid of the first year.Your vision wearing glasses progressively decrease with time.
A person with myopia of 20/70 who put glasses giving him a vision of 20/20 may find that in a week's that his unaided vision has declined to 20/200.
When people break their glasses and go without them for a week or two, they frequently observe that their sight has improve. As a matter of fact the sight always improves, to a greater or less degree. When glasses are discarded, although many might no pay attention and appreciate this change.
the difficult of keeping glasses clear is one of the discomforts of glasses..On damps and rainy days the atmosphere cloud them. On hot days the perspiration from your body may have similar effect. On cold day they are often clouded by the moisture of your breath.
Every day they are subject to contamination by dust and moisture and the touch of the finger incident to unavoidable handling that it is seldom they afford an absolutely unobstructed

what is myopia?

Myopia is commonly known as "short-sightedness." A person with myopia is able to see close object clearly but objects in distance will appear blurred.

When normal eye look at an object, light rays from your eye enter our eye. These light rays are bent at the cornea and the eye lens before forming an image on the inner layer of the eye called retina. This image is than transmitted by nerve signal to the brain. The brain interprets this signal so that we see the object.
if the light ray are focus directly on the retina, we see a sharp image. Therefore, myopia may occurs when the light ray from distant objects are focus in front of the retina instead of on it, resulting in blurred image on the  retina. This is usually because the eyeball is too long or sometimes the cornea and the lens do not bent the light ray properly.

cause of myopia

There are many region for cause of myopia. If we do hard work by focusing our eye more close, and if we do not relax our eye at that time, then it may cause myopia.(e.g reading )
Watching more TV from close distant may also occurs myopia.
Because of the differ in light such as dim and bright, while working and reading.
lacks of eye exercises and relax.

general eye exercises

your eyes are muscle and need to be exercised just like any other muscles you have. If you have a astigmatism that mean your eyes are strong focusing on way and weak focusing the other way. Exercises will help even  them out and restore for the  both near and farsighted. Yes your eye does actually change the shape that is how it focuses.
Be positive always, that may help in your eye exercises. And expect good thing to be happen. It is important those people who want to restore their eye site without cutting part of their eye out to do so. If you control your eyes, then you may complete to control your body. So, be ready to improve your eye sight.
The exercises1. While sitting and relax look across the green grasses at the far, without turning your head look left with your eye and center them, then look right and center them, then look up and center them, then look down and center them and while looking in each for 5 seconds. Repeat this training for 5 times.
The exercises2. While seated and relaxed take something to focus such as sharp instrument in front of you at arm's length, slowly move it to your nose while focusing on it then move it away and repeat for 5 times.
The exercises 3. Sit down and get comfortable, close your eyes and cover them with the palms of your hands. Keep from pressing hard and much light as possible. Once there are no gaps and relax taking deep breath . It should be more then 2 or 3 minute then remove your hands let your eye get adjusted to the light and repeat this process.
The exercises 4. Close your eyes tight for 5 second, then open them for 5 second and repeat this exercise as often as you can, doing this several times may relax and rebuild your eyes.

The exercises 7. Roll your eyes clockwise and the counterclockwise .Repeat this process stopping for several blink in between, this will help with blood flow to the eyes.
The exercises 8.  This works best out sides. Focus on an object in the distance as far as you can see and again focus on an object between 50-100 meter but it in the same line of sight for 5 to10 minute, repeat this process for several times.

Eye exercises for computer users
most of the computer user experience eye strain. this may be as a result of using inappropriate monitors like the CRT (cathode ray tube) screens. Prolonged computer use  may also bring about the same problem. If you experience a combination of regular headaches and eye strain, the problem might be the associate with the computer use. Sometimes computer use may interfere with your vision to the extent that you may not see the object/ vision clearly. You may see color differently or have a irritated and dry eye. Relief from many computer- use eye problem may be achieve  from regular eye exercises.
More than 50 percent of computer users experience eyestrain, headaches, blurred vision and other visual symptoms related to sustained use of the computer. This type of stress on the visual system can also cause body fatigue and reduced efficiency at work. In addition, there are now indications that heavy computer users are at the risk for glaucoma.
We were born to have hunter’s eyes, needed for spotting game or danger at a distance. But during the last 50 years nearly all our work and much of our recreation, for example, video games, has shifted the focus of our vision to arm’s length. This increased amount of near visual tasks often produces such changes as nearsightedness, suppressed vision in one eye, poor eye teaming and reduced efficiency at work and at play.
Many computer users experience visual stress due to: 1) an increase in the number and complexity of necessary eye movements and focusing skills, 2) poor lighting conditions, glare and distracting reflections, 3) screen flicker rate, and 4) above all, the extended amount of computer use.
Palming
The palming exercise will teach you to relax your eyes, which in turn will bring health energy to your eye.
1.First, rub hands together until they feel warm (about 15 to 20 seconds). Then place your cupped hands over your closed eyes, being careful not to touch your eyes with the palms of your hands. The fingers of each hand should overlap and rest gently on the center of your forehead. Don’t create any unnecessary pressure on your face. If your arms get tired, rest your elbows on a table.
2 Sit quietly for one to two minutes with your hands over your eyes. The more relaxed you become, the blacker the darkness you will see with your eyes close.
While eye exercises are crucial to the checking of eye strain associated with prolonged computer usage or glare emanating from Cathode Ray Tube monitors, it's also important to mention that exercises alone won't work. You may want to fit your computer with an anti-glare screen or use the less hazardous LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) monitors.
After working on your computer for some time always remember to take a break in order to give your eye muscles an opportunity to loosen up and rejuvenate. Make it a point to do eye exercises on routine basis. Your eyes will come out stronger and well focused and oriented to do their work. Such eye exercises may also help prevent or fix eye disorders from causes other than the computer.
Near-far focus
This exercise improves eye flexibility:
·       Hold your thumb six inches from your nose
·       Focus on your thumb
·       Take one deep breath and exhale slowly
·       Then focus on an object about 10 feet away
·       Take another deep breath and slowly exhale.
Repeat back and forth 15 times

Several types of eye exercises

Some types of eye exercises are now used to maintain eye health, while some others have been taken in hopes to improve eyesight. In fact, those eye exercises are just like other forms of physical exercises, which are widely used to maintain and improve fitness and health. In similar, eye exercises are believed to keep the eyes and eye muscles healthy.
The function of eye exercise in vision improvement is still under controversy. While some studies prove that eye exercises can both strengthen the eyes and improve eyesight, others have not found apparent benefit for vision improvement. However, one point has gained agreement from all those studies that performing certain eye exercises can strengthen the eyes.
One type is called eye focus exercise. A person can simply hold a pen or pencil close enough so that it can be seen clearly. Then focus the eyes on the object for several seconds. After that, switch the eyesight into an object about 10 feet away for another several seconds. Alternatively repeating the two objects can help the eyes improve focus ability.
Thumb rotations can be used to train one eye at a time. For example, a person can cover the left eye with his left hand and train the right eye first. Hold the right thumb up directly in front, on which should be focused by the right eye. The right hand can then make a variety of shaped such as circles, half circles, squares, and triangles and so on. During these changes, the right eye should move to maintain focus on the right thumb, without any movement of the head. After doing this several times, switch to the left eye.
Another eye exercise is to rotate the eyes. A person can start this exercise with his eyes focused on the eyebrows and make the largest circle possible while rolling the eyes.
People with poor vision are highly encouraged to take these kinds of eye exercises for only several minutes every day. It is necessary to remove glasses and contact lenses before performing any kind of these exercise, otherwise it may pain your eye ball with eyeglasses and  the lenses may be become dislodge.

eye exercise is not quick fixed and over night magic spell for your eye problems

The truth is that-do not expect perfect vision overnight. eye exercise do give amazingly good result, they take long time.
It depends on how often you do the exercise and how regularly you use them. Nothing will happen if you just sit there.
The biggest obstacle standing you and vision is you!
That's right you!
if you do not do the eye exercise regularly ... if you feel that you can't go without glasses and contact lenses..if you think that eye exercise would work for everyone else, but not for you...then your eyes will never get to do something good for your precious eye sight.
consider the cost doing nothing:
vision will continue to get worse, and glasses and lenses will get stronger and stronger( and you have to pay more for them), deterioration vision that make you a potential candidate for more serious problem in the future.
frankly, you have nothing lost( well, maybe only for glasses) if you try this eye exercise. It's time to see for yourself.
simply use the techniques and build them into your daily routine. Then make a full, honest effort for 3 month period. that's it.
I will be updating and growing this sites  with more and more of our experience here.

We can see clearly with eye exercise. And also improve vision without glasses, contact lenses or laser eye surgery. Eye exercises are widely used around the world today for natural vision improvement. Also commonly referred to as vision training, eye exercises performed consistently over a period of time can cure.
·      Nearsightedness (myopia)
·      Farsightedness (hyperopia)
·      Aging vision (presbyopia)
·      An irregularly shaped cornea (astigmatism)

The cause of poor vision
The main cause of poor vision is muscle tension in and around the eye. This eye strain affects the ability to focus and relax completely. And over time the eyeball changes shape to compensate. The irregular shape of the eyeball causes light to focus too far in front of the retina (in nearsightedness) or too far behind (in farsightedness). The cornea can also become squashed (astigmatism) which is a common effect of being near sighted.

Improving eyesight- Near or Far
Two of the most common visually ailments are near and far-sightedness. Both are ailments effect vision and the distance that is seen when looking at object. Both ailments can be cured on their own if allowed. Almost all eye ailments are caused from bad habits learned as children, and strain on the eyes.
Near-sightedness (myopia) is caused by the eyeballs elongating. This ailment is caused by habits which include only looking at objects close up for long periods of time. This starts out in school age children who are forced to learn things from books and other materials requiring close contact focus.
Myopia becomes a problem due to strain on the eyes, pressure, or frustration. The pressure young children have to succeed is enormous. When information is boring, it is hard to actually learn. Looking at material for long periods of time without a break can cause the eyes to strain on close up information.
Near-sightedness can also be contributed to mental strain and psychological issue. Myopia can be part of an anxiety or nervousness about the future. Subconsciously the person may be afraid of what lays ahead of them and are unable to look ahead to the future. In this case, they are comfortable where they are and feel safe in their close up world.
Far-sightedness is the ability to see the distant but not things close up. Far-sightedness starts affecting people in their 40s. This is when the lenses start to harden. The muscles around the eye can still be train to force the eyes to contract even with harden lenses. This ailment is believed to be part of getting older, so we just accept the problem and get glasses. We allow our eye to become lazy and learn to rely on artificial lenses to get us through each day.
Far-sightedness can also be ‘all in the mind’. People start to look too far to the future and refuse to look to look at things right in front of them. They allow their focus to be on retirement instead of on fixing the leaking faucet today.
Both these ailments can be avoided by allowing the eyes to move around naturally each day. If you are studying something up close for most of the day, spend an hour or so looking at things in the distance. If you are looking far away grab a book and read some pages.
